Do not simply workout just because you want a perfect shape or figure. Do not workout to impress others. Enjoy every moment of your exercise session instead of doing it as a routine or something that you are forced to do. This attitude change towards your workout or exercise session can make a big difference. For example, instead of riding an exercise bicycle, why not ride a real bicycle for the same duration. You’ll notice the difference, once you start doing so.
